Position: Kitchen Studio Manager

Location: Marlow, Buckinghamshire

Salary: £27-28k Basic + Excellent Commission & Bonus OTE £70k+, Private Health care, Attractive Pension Scheme, 23 days holiday + Bank Holidays


Our Client:


Work with one of the most prestigious luxury brands within the kitchen industry, specialising in high-end German manufactured kitchens. Their bespoke production means no two kitchens are ever the same and they aim for perfection.


The Role:


As a Studio Manager you will play a crucial part in creating a unique experience for customers.


A key function of the Studio Manager Role will be assisting in the development of your sales designer, via mentoring & positive management. Identifying any training needs as they occur.


All studio teams are expected to positively engage with proactive selling. This means prospecting, professional networking & actively seeking referrals.


As Studio Manager you will also be responsible communicating Studio’s Activity during weekly sales conference calls.


The Studio Manager role carries additional reporting and administration tasks, and has responsibility to ensure that the studio’s targets are met.


Each team member will manage their own prospects from initial studio greeting & building a rapport, through qualifying a visitor and then making an appointment to take a design brief.


You would then be responsible for interpreting the prospect’s wishes, dreams and desires by creating their perfect kitchen and presenting it to them in a later presentation meeting.


You will be responsible for pricing and drawing your own designs.


Your goal will be to convert your prospects to clients by helping them make a great buying decision, and purchase their kitchen from you.


You will, of course, receive all necessary training in our product ranges and business protocols.


The Candidate:


Excellent knowledge, experience and success in retail business in the high end kitchen or furniture market or in the top market segment of high quality and durable luxury goods

Reliable, representative, independent and systematic

Power of persuasion and target orientation

Technical insight

Very good language skills in Dutch and English. German is an advantage

High customer orientation, social competency and team orientation

Experience as a Senior Designer or Studio Manager in the high-end luxury kitchen market




Following thorough introduction by the experienced employees on site and training programs at the factory in Germany, you will be able to fulfil your ambitions autonomously and independently in an interesting and attractive employment environment. Constant support from the factory and superiors is of course a prerequisite.
