Position: Showroom Manager

Location: Sevenoaks, Kent

Salary: £25-30k+ Basic, Flexible on experience, plus commission, OTE £60k+, 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, Pension

 

 

The Company:

 

A bespoke furniture and interiors company specialising in Kitchens, Bedrooms and Bathrooms. They design and create handmade, bespoke interiors and are looking for a Senior Showroom Manager to work in their luxury showroom in Kent.

 

The company have gone from strength to strength since launching ten years ago, they are hugely ambitious and believe this is a fantastic opportunity for the right person to join their dynamic team.

 

 

The Role: Showroom Manager

 

The role involves offering a bespoke service from the first client meeting to the final handover of a project working closely with clients in their homes as well as the showroom. Time management and working to deadlines play an important role as well as being an ambitious individual.

 

You will be offering a bespoke, personal kitchen design service, creating sleek modern and classic country looks.

 

•You will manage the day to day running of the showroom, with support from the Director.

 

•You will support and advise designers on their projects

 

•Manage and develop a team and create good working spirit

 

•Achieve and deliver individual and team monthly sales targets and other KPIs required

 

•Ensure you and the team provide exceptional customer service

 

Our client will offer comprehensive training of their design software, as well as the huge range of products that they stock.

 

 

 

The Candidate: Showroom Manager

 

This role would suit a Senior Showroom Manager looking for longevity and a job for life. If you are looking to join a dynamic and ambitious growing company in the interiors market and have the gravitas to run a luxury showroom this is the opportunity for you.

 

You will have experience working in a mid-high end kitchen showroom, managing your own projects from initial concept to completion and supporting, managing other designers.

 

Desired experience/qualities:

 

Passionate about customer service as design and attention to detail is highly important where clients expect perfection.

 

IT skills are essential with a comprehensive knowledge of an interior design package.

 

Experience designing kitchens using CAD is essential

 

Must be able to drive and have use of own car

 

Experience in a KBB design environment is essential

 

This role is available due to retirement of an ex Director who has been with the company 8 years, therefore our client is looking to fill some big boots and prepared to offer an attractive package to the right person!
