Position: Luxury Kitchen Sales Designer

Location: Tunbridge Wells, Kent

Salary: £24-30k+ Basic Salary plus commission. OTE first year £35-45k.


Benefits: Company Pension & Private Healthcare after 2 years employment


Working Hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Thursday, 8.30-4pm Friday & 10-4pm Saturday Working Days: 5 Day working week including Saturdays with a rota day off during the week.



Our Client:


Our client specialises in unique, quirky, luxurious & design led solutions for kitchen design projects. They have been featured in various national press including Ideal Home Magazine, Utopia magazine and are Finalists for New Kitchen Retailer of the year at the BKU awards 2019.


Their core market are design led clients within Brighton & Hove, Sussex, Kent and occasionally London requiring a unique solution for their kitchen. They currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Kitchen Sales Designer to join the award winning team at their Tunbridge Wells showroom.


You will be comfortable liaising and selling to luxury clients either from our Luxury Kitchen Showroom in Tunbridge Wells or during “Home Design Appointments”.




The Candidate: Kitchen Sales Designer


The ideal candidate will be well presented and professional and have extensive experience designing luxury bathrooms.


You will be target driven with the desire to work for a company who provide design freedom due to the nature of their clients and ethos.


You must possess a clear awareness and interest in interior design trends within the industry and be comfortable communicating with high value clients.


Experience within a company providing Design, Supply and Installation services would be an advantage as they regularly project manage the installations of their projects.


Knowledge of Compusoft (Winner) and Articad alongside EQ (Easyquote) is also a distinct advantage but training will be provided for the right candidate.


Due to the nature of the role it is important that you drive and have a car to attend client appointments.
