Position: Recruitment Resourcer
Location: Mayfield, East Sussex
Salary: £16-18k (depending on experience) plus excellent commission structure
Work for a National award winning recruitment company Oval Deene Ltd who specialise in KBB (kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms). This new and exciting business has gone from strength to strength since launching, opened an office last year and recently won an award at the National Best New Business Awards. As a highly reputable business in the KBB industry, we are proud to be one of the top specialists in the UK based in the South East, recruiting nationwide.
We are now looking to expand our team and have an opportunity for a Recruitment Resourcer/Trainee Consultant to be part of our success and develop their career in recruitment with a fun, ambitious and driven team.
This role is a demanding but highly rewarding one, working closely with and reporting to the Director who will provide training, guidance and all the tools you need to have a successful career in Recruitment. It is also a great opportunity to train as a Recruitment Consultant, to quickly progress and move into a senior role managing your own clients.
Typically, you’ll be carrying out the following duties every day:
•Source and select candidates
•Network and advertise to potential candidates
•Identify skills to match appropriately with vacancies
•Taking job briefs, writing attractive adverts and acting as an ambassador to our clients
•Managing job applications, presenting CVs and profiles to Clients
•Recording all candidate’s information in an efficient way, following the latest GDPR policy
•Keeping our CRM database up to date
•Managing interviews, building great rapports with candidates and deliver excellent customer service at all times
•Keeping up to date with the latest trends in the KBB industry, learning and understanding current and new clients business cultures and structures.
This position would suit an experienced resourcer currently working in KBB or the construction industry looking to join an exciting and growing team. Looking to progress their career very quickly.
•Previous experience in recruitment, used to working in a target driven, fast paced environment
•Self-motivated and ambitious
•Great work ethic, passionate about customer service
•Eager to succeed, great sense of humour, trustworthy
•Efficient with IT, Microsoft office and social media
