Position: Contracts Co-ordinator

Location: NW London

Salary: £25-30k Basic, 21 days holiday + BHs, Monday – Friday 8-5pm.

We are pleased to have partnered with an established family-run interior glass processing company in NW London with a history that spans over 100 years. They deliver unique and beautifully made glass and glazing projects to the residential and commercial market and everything in between. They are a recognised source of diverse glass and mirror products and a combination of skills and cutting-edge technology allows their team to produce a whole range of bespoke glass products from royal palaces to mega yachts!


The Role: Contract Co-ordinator


You will be reporting to the Contracts Manager and be based at the office. There will be the occasional visit on site, but this position is mainly office based.

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:


Quoting, planning, administration and using the company software: Glass Office


Liaising with colleagues at all levels, customers, designers, architects and sub-contractors.


Ensuring deadlines are met.


Keeping contracts profitable.



The Candidate: Contract Co-ordinator


You will have the following skills:


A background in construction or the glass industry will be an advantage.


Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities

Background in customer service

Office experience

A good level of problem-solving and negotiation skills.

Being organised and capable of multi-tasking.

A logical and methodical approach to planning and record keeping.

Excellent Maths, English and IT.

Competent to work independently and as part of a team.


GCSE English, Maths and IT

2 years + customer service experience


Training and advancement

You will receive comprehensive on-the-job training and if required external training too.
